the unit we got was well-kept and brand-new with the tv did n't work, leakage above the wardrobe area, as example.

It was as expected, had a very nice stay for a vacation. I was happy with hotel's unbeatable location in the poolside restaurant. Everyone from the staff was best. The pool was nice and I had soft drinks in the beach bar.

The room we had included a terrace and a balcony. The pool was nice, the staff was very attentive and respectful. The location in a pretty quiet area was exceptionally nice and there were a shopping area and a local market nearby...

The treatment of the hotel staff. Reception, cleaning and restaurants.
Isolation, you look like you're being locked up in the compound. The bartenders in the pubs, edges and rude.

The beach, the cleaning in the complex
The air conditioning does not work, the standard double rooms are very small, it lacks to supply the baths, the meals and drinks very little variety.

It's not perfect, but It's nice
The resort's beautiful beach and dedicated staff made for unique moments despite areas needing improvement. Our room was clean, but dated, and the dining options became repetitive. The entertainment could be more engaging. Still, the sunsets from the lookout point were amazing was nice.

The food was delicious, and I especially loved that one chef went out of his way to get me some fresh mango when they ran out. On the downside, the check-in process took longer than expected, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway😊

I appreciated the picturesque grounds, well-maintained gardens, and accessible pathways. The spacious common areas provided a relaxed atmosphere for socializing.
More shaded areas by the pool would be beneficial.

Would be happy to recommend for a budget stay
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the food at the different restaurants was nice, and I enjoyed the pool facilities near the Italian restaurant and the convenience of free Wi-Fi in public areas.
No negatives to report.

I enjoyed the beach. It had soft sand that felt nice underfoot. The food at breakfast was good, especially the smoked salmon. Staff members, like the waiters, were friendly and helpful. My room in the older block felt dated with a musty smell. Hot water was missing in the bathroom sink, frustrating. Dining during peak times was challenging at times since the buffet often ran low on food. My experience with the entertainment staff was lacking. They didn't engage much. It was a mixed bag. The resort has potential, but improvements are needed in room upkeep and overall service delivery.
